Air Europe Madrid to Panama

Skyteam member Air Europa will begin flights between Madrid Madrid’s Barajas International and Tocumen International Airport Panama City using the latest Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft on June 3rd2019.

Initially, there will be 4 flights a week on this route which will be increased to 5 and 6 flights a week during the next 12 months.

The addition of Panama City will bring the number of Air Europa, the Latin America specialist airline, routes to the Latin America region to 20 destinations, in thirteen countries.

The flight will depart Panama City at 19.40 and is the latest departure time to Europe allowing the passengers to enjoy a full day in Panama before leaving for Europe.

Air Europa’s second destination in Central America

Panama, after Honduras, is Air Europa’s second destination in Central America.

Panama City is an important city of commerce as well as tourism and Air Europe will cater for both business and leisure travellers who will have the pleasure of experiencing travel on the environmentally friendly Dreamliner aircraft with its superior level of passenger comfort and onboard services.

Air Europa Copa Airlines Code Share Agreement

Air Europa and Copa Airlines have reached a code-share agreement to enhance the new route.

The flights will enable passengers to reach four Central American countries using Copa Airlines to Costa Rica, Nicaragua, El Salvador, and Guatemala by transiting at Tocumen International Airport.

The connection with Air Europa to Madrid will allow passengers of the Panamanian airline to connect with 23 destinations in Spain and 15 destinations in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
